The primary role of the Quality Compliance Data Specialist is to perform audits to achieve outstanding performance on key metrics of quality and patient safety plan. Maintains a systems awareness and aligns goals and priorities with current and future organizational goals when advocating for quality, safety & patient experience. Challenges and inspires self and others to seek quality goals beyond regulatory and accreditation mandates. Facilitates integration of key stakeholders into quality planning and work, fostering relationships across departments and disciplines that support patient-centeredness, with a key focus on development of quality/safety scorecards in order to facilitate regular performance review, accountability, and improvement.
What’s Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required - health related field preferred
2 years experience in healthcare preferred
