Quality Assurance/Quality Control QA/QC Manager - aptim

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive QA/QC plans for remediation and site restoration projects.
• Oversee data collection, management, and reporting to track quality metrics and project performance.
• Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation to meet project milestones and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and corrective action reviews to ensure compliance with industry regulations and client expectations.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to project teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC management experience in construction or remediation projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality control programs, data management, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools and resource planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
