Software Engineer
Quality Assurance Technician ensuring products meet specifications through inspections, data analysis, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting, collaborating with engineers and production teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.
- Collect, analyze, and document quality data, generating reports for cross‑functional teams and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation, working closely with Quality Engineers and Production Supervisors.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including work instructions, inspection plans, and audit records.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of quality assurance or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards such as ISO 9001, FDA, or equivalent is a plus.
