About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Python and Selenium to validate core product functionality.
- Create detailed manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test data aligned with product requirements.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and high release quality.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA peers in Agile ceremonies to define acceptance criteria and resolve defects.
- Track, report, and analyze test results using Jira, providing clear documentation and metrics for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in software quality assurance, including test automation.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems.
- Strong understanding of Agile development processes and defect‑tracking tools such as Jira.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
