About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and audit the Quality Management System to maintain ISO 9001 compliance across all manufacturing processes.
- Lead root‑cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate quality defects.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align quality practices with North American quality requirements and industry standards.
- Document and maintain quality records, reports, and metrics to support decision‑making and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and automotive quality standards.
- Experience in QMS development, audit execution, and corrective action management.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑cultural manufacturing environment.
