Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance activities for Exploration Ground Systems, ensuring adherence to NASA safety and mission assurance requirements.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts to validate system performance and reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis, defect tracking, and corrective action implementation for identified issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, and safety teams to integrate QA insights into design and development cycles.
• Prepare and present detailed QA reports, metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within aerospace or related high‑integrity industries.
• Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins) and test management systems.
• Strong understanding of NASA safety and quality standards, including SMASS IV.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment.
