Quality Assurance / Quality Control Technician - Overwatch Mission Critical
Software Engineer
Perform QA/QC activities for mission‑critical data center projects, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, conducting inspections, managing documentation, and driving continuous improvement through statistical analysis and root‑cause investigations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Execute inspections, testing, and verification of construction materials, equipment, and systems to meet ISO 9001 and project specifications.
- Develop, maintain, and audit quality documentation, including inspection reports, non‑conformance records, and corrective action plans.
- Apply Six Sigma and Statistical Process Control techniques to identify process variances and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and field teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis of defects, track trends, and recommend preventive measures.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and participate in internal and external quality audits.
Requirements
- 2+ years of QA/QC experience in construction or data‑center environments, preferably with ISO 9001 exposure.
- Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies, statistical analysis, and corrective‑action processes.
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with quality management software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; experience with data‑center infrastructure is a plus.
