About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and launch a comprehensive QA/QC framework from scratch, including policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Implement statistical process control and root‑cause analysis to monitor and improve product quality across the entire production cycle.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives, applying Six Sigma methodologies to reduce defects and waste.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry regulations, preparing for audits and maintaining certification.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, measurement techniques, and corrective action processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive QA/QC experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record of building quality systems.
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, ISO 9001, and statistical process control tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments and drive change.
