About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute comprehensive quality assurance strategies, including manual and automated testing, for complex software systems.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and performance metrics to assess product quality and team effectiveness.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with development, product, and operations teams to integrate quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Manage a QA team, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing defect trends, implementing root‑cause analyses, and recommending process enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Proven expertise in test management, test automation frameworks, and performance measurement techniques.
- Strong ability to define, track, and report on KPIs and quality metrics.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
- U.S. citizenship with an active Top Secret SCI Polygraph clearance (or ability to obtain).
