About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional QA team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Design, implement, and maintain test strategies, including manual and automated test suites, to ensure product quality at scale.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer experience teams to define quality metrics and drive data‑driven improvements.
- Champion process improvements, tooling adoption, and best practices across the organization.
- Own defect lifecycle management, root cause analysis, and continuous feedback loops to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and test management tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
- Passion for customer experience and a data‑driven mindset.
