Lead the Quality Assurance function, driving test automation, ISO compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring a cross‑functional team in an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies, including manual and automated testing, to ensure product and service excellence.
- Maintain ISO 9001 certification and implement Six Sigma methodologies to drive process efficiency and defect reduction.
- Lead, coach, and grow a QA team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to integrate quality standards into Agile development cycles.
- Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues, generate corrective action plans, and track their effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive QA experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Proven expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
- Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and continuous integration pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of driving measurable quality improvements.
