About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for EHR modules, ensuring functional, performance, and security compliance.
- Lead a team of QA engineers, assigning tasks, reviewing test cases, and mentoring on best practices.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and API testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams in Agile sprints to identify defects and drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze defect trends, produce detailed reports, and recommend process enhancements to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience in healthcare or complex software environments.
- Proficiency in test automation (Selenium, TestNG, or equivalent) and API testing tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Experience with EHR or medical device software is a plus.
