Quality Assurance Inspector responsible for ensuring aviation service excellence through meticulous manual testing, test case creation, and defect management using ISO standards and industry best practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual test cases across flight booking, check‑in, and customer service processes.
- Identify, document, and track defects using a centralized defect management system.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, scripts, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and aviation safety standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience in a regulated or high‑availability environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of aviation or travel industry processes is a plus.
