About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and existing features.
- Execute manual and automated tests, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage defect lifecycle in JIRA, track metrics, and provide regular quality reports to stakeholders.
- Lead regression testing cycles and support continuous integration pipelines.
- Mentor junior QA staff and promote best practices in testing and quality assurance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience in a fast‑paced software environment.
- Proficiency in manual testing and automation tools such as Selenium or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and CI/CD processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
