QA Engineer
Experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with 5‑7 years in electrical and mechanical panel and switchgear projects, leading inspections, testing, and audits to ensure zero‑defect delivery and compliance with ISO standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead final inspection and functional testing of panels and switchgear to verify compliance with design specifications.
- Develop, review, and maintain Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) and related documentation.
- Coordinate and support customer inspections, third‑party inspections (TPI), and internal/external audits.
- Identify non‑conformances, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and project teams to embed quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Diploma or BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–7 years of hands‑on QA experience in panel or switchgear manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and inspection techniques.
- Proven ability to lead audits, manage customer and third‑party inspections, and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
