Entry‑level Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for executing test plans, documenting defects, and ensuring aerospace products meet ISO 9001 and Agile standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases based on product specifications and engineering drawings.
- Record, track, and verify resolution of defects using a defect‑tracking system.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and software teams to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Participate in daily Agile ceremonies, providing status updates and feedback on test progress.
- Generate test reports and maintain documentation for audit readiness.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems, preferably ISO 9001.
- Familiarity with test planning, execution, and defect tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a cross‑functional team environment.
