Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated QA Engineer to join our MSME product team at IRIS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality across web and mobile platforms, setting up automation frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver stable, high-quality product releases. You’ll be working closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to design and implement robust testing pipelines and contribute to building an AI-powered quality ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Automation Framework Development

• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright (JavaScript) and Selenium (Java).
• Develop Page Object Models (POM) and reusable automation components for scalable test coverage.
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Azure / Jenkins / GitHub) for continuous validation.
• Implement AI-assisted automation using tools like GitHub Copilot or equivalent prompt-based test generation system.
