About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans for complex ETL processes and data integration workflows.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across source, staging, and target systems.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to define data quality metrics and automate quality checks.
- Investigate and troubleshoot data discrepancies, performance issues, and ETL failures.
- Document test cases, results, and defect reports, and maintain test artifacts in a versioned repository.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data quality and ETL testing within a data warehouse or BI environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS) and data quality frameworks.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data lineage.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
