Who We Want to Hire
To be a QA contractor at Kadince , you should have 5+ years of experience in software development or QA engineering. You know how to plan and execute test strategies, create and maintain robust test suites, perform root cause analysis, and communicate your findings clearly. You don’t just test software—you improve it.
You’re great at spotting issues, solving problems, and helping developers build better code. Your detail-oriented nature, curiosity, and passion for quality assurance set you apart.
Since you’ll be collaborating with our US-based development team, strong English communication skills are important. We’ll occasionally have meetings to align on progress, share feedback, or collaborate in real time.
