QA Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end verification and validation of autonomous driving features, designing test strategies, executing real‑vehicle and SIL tests, and driving quality improvements for safe, production‑ready systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute real‑vehicle and SIL test campaigns for driving, parking, and safety functions.
- Develop test strategies, plans, and baselines aligned with development milestones.
- Analyze system and functional requirements to derive verification items and test cases.
- Create and maintain test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform functional and performance evaluations across vehicle, SIL, and other test environments.
- Assess usability and driving quality from a user perspective, reporting findings.
- Investigate defects, reproduce issues, trace root causes, and recommend improvements.
- Build and refine test environments and verification processes to support continuous quality.
Requirements
- Strong background in automotive verification & validation, especially autonomous driving.
- Hands‑on experience with real‑vehicle testing and SIL/SILS environments.
- Proficiency in test planning, scenario design, and performance analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills for defect investigation and root‑cause analysis.
- Effective communication and collaboration with engineering teams.
