QA Engineer
Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for designing and executing automated test suites, ensuring high‑quality delivery of GRC software for financial services using Selenium, Java, and CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java to validate core compliance platform functionality.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and compliance experts in Agile ceremonies to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform performance and regression testing to guarantee system stability across multiple client deployments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test automation.
- Proficiency in Java programming and Selenium WebDriver for building robust test frameworks.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD workflows using tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and defect‑tracking tools like JIRA.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail in a fast‑paced, compliance‑focused environment.
