QA Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end testing of AI‑powered voice services in automotive IVI environments, designing scenarios, measuring accuracy, latency, and robustness, and automating verification workflows with TTS/STT and LLM APIs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive test plans for AI voice services in vehicle IVI systems.
- Design functional, exception, and noise‑robust test scenarios covering real‑car, head‑unit, and emulator environments.
- Configure and execute tests on TTS/STT engines, LLM APIs, and network conditions (latency, packet loss).
- Measure and analyze voice recognition accuracy, LLM response correctness, and response times.
- Automate voice input scripts and API test environments to accelerate regression cycles.
Requirements
- Strong background in QA for AI/voice applications, preferably automotive.
- Hands‑on experience with TTS/STT, LLM APIs, and network simulation tools.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting (Python, Bash).
- Excellent analytical skills to derive metrics and improvement actions.
- Effective communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
