Software Engineer
Detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator responsible for inspecting finished goods, documenting nonconformances, and ensuring compliance with ISO and GMP standards in a manufacturing setting.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of finished products to verify compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
- Identify, document, and track nonconforming materials, initiating corrective actions and root‑cause investigations.
- Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and traceability documentation in SAP and paper systems.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and evidence of compliance with ISO 9001 and GMP standards.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply‑chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands‑on quality assurance or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, GMP, and basic statistical process control methods.
- Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP) and Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to communicate findings clearly.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
