Lead the design and implementation of end‑to‑end testing strategies, building scalable automation frameworks with Selenium and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high‑quality releases across banking applications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive QA strategies for complex banking systems, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and related tools.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable rapid feedback loops.
- Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to define testable requirements and quality metrics.
- Lead performance and security testing initiatives, leveraging tools such as JMeter and OWASP ZAP.
- Mentor and coach QA teams on best practices, test design, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience with a focus on architecture and automation.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Java, and CI/CD tooling.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and test-driven development.
- Experience with performance and security testing tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
