Software Engineer
A Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for validating and verifying software features, maintaining regression suites, executing test runs, and delivering clear execution reports to ensure a superior customer experience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test cases for assigned product features.
- Execute regression test packs, track results, and produce detailed execution reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to identify defects early and drive resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing testing insights during sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to the evolution of the QA strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software testing, with a strong focus on functional and regression testing.
- Hands‑on knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium (or similar).
- Familiarity with issue‑tracking systems like Jira and ability to write clear, concise test documentation.
- Solid understanding of SQL for data validation and verification.
- Methodical mindset, keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
