Software Engineer
Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for validating and verifying software features, maintaining regression suites, executing test runs, and delivering clear execution reports to ensure a superior customer experience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain detailed test cases and regression packs for assigned product features.
- Execute manual and automated test runs, document results, and produce clear execution reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to identify defects, verify fixes, and ensure issues are resolved before release.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide testing estimates, and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and documentation to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manual testing, test case creation, and regression testing within a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of validation and verification principles, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems and test management tools.
- Experience working in Agile teams and communicating effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
