About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for new and existing fintech features.
- Build and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Java, and Python.
- Integrate TestNG and BDD frameworks to streamline test execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile sprints to define acceptance criteria and verify compliance.
- Analyze defect trends, provide root‑cause insights, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of QA experience in a software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in manual testing and automated test development with Selenium.
- Strong programming skills in Java or Python and familiarity with TestNG.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
