Detail‑oriented QA Analyst with strong Python and SQL skills, responsible for validating data updates, inserts, and modifications across analytics and engineering teams in a legal services environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced Python scripts to automate data quality checks and validation workflows.
- Perform comprehensive QA on data updates, inserts, and modifications generated by Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Client Platform Engineers.
- Design and execute test cases, data profiling, and anomaly detection to ensure data integrity and compliance with legal‑service standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data quality metrics, establish monitoring dashboards, and resolve data issues promptly.
- Document QA processes, findings, and remediation steps, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data quality assurance or data validation roles.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and SQL querying for data extraction and testing.
- Solid understanding of ETL pipelines, data warehousing concepts, and analytics workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within UK business hours (2 PM – 11 PM IST).
