Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test plans for SaaS-based workforce management solutions, leveraging manual and automated testing tools to ensure product excellence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing features in a SaaS environment.
- Perform manual and automated regression testing using Selenium and related frameworks.
- Log, track, and manage defects in JIRA, collaborating closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing feedback on product quality and test coverage.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience in a software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA, test case management, and defect tracking.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
