About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality and information management frameworks aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Lead data governance initiatives, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of project information.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present quality metrics, dashboards, and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality or information management within infrastructure or engineering sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Knowledge of ISO standards and experience leading audits or certification processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
