Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures across construction sites to meet approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections, document findings, and coordinate corrective actions with project teams.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client quality requirements.
- Prepare detailed quality reports, track non-conformances, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues and maintain project schedules.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in real estate or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, building codes, and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site inspections simultaneously.
