Software Engineer
QA/QC Engineer responsible for ensuring product quality compliance, conducting material and process inspections, managing NCRs, and driving CAPA initiatives using ISO 9001 and QMS standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on raw materials, packaging materials, work‑in‑process, and finished goods to ensure compliance with product and customer specifications.
- Review and analyze non‑conformance reports (NCRs), recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and coordinate training as needed.
- Conduct confidential quality assurance audits and participate in QAP creation, ensuring adherence to QMS and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to monitor process performance, identify root causes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation, audit trails, and quality metrics to support regulatory compliance and product excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, CAPA processes, and QMS audit procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple departments.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
