QA/QC Engineer - Perfect engineers & resources private limited

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑manufacturing reviews of drawings, specifications, MQAP/ITP to ensure design intent and quality requirements are met.
• Verify raw materials including resin batch numbers, viscosity, gel time, fibre GSM/type, fillers, pigments, and additives against certificates of analysis.
• Assess moulds, dies, and tooling readiness, condition, and storage to guarantee production readiness.
• Calibrate key equipment and measuring instruments, maintaining traceability and accuracy for quality control.
• Document findings, coordinate with production and procurement teams, and recommend corrective actions to prevent defects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience in plastic manufacturing quality assurance and control.
• Strong knowledge of material properties, testing methods, and calibration procedures.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using quality management systems and data recording tools.
