Software Engineer
Senior QA Analyst driving end‑to‑end testing for AI & Engineering projects, leveraging automation, JIRA, and Agile practices to ensure high‑quality software delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end test planning, design, and execution for AI and engineering initiatives.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile ceremonies, providing clear defect tracking and status updates in JIRA.
- Analyze business and data requirements through client engagement and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
- Facilitate JAD sessions to elicit and clarify requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with quality objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience in complex software environments.
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, WebDriver) and scripting (Python/Java).
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation and test data management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA for defect tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
