Engineering Manager
Lead a high‑performing QA team to deliver robust scientific software, driving test automation, continuous integration, and Agile quality practices across complex CAD and PLM products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall quality strategy for scientific and engineering software platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Python.
- Collaborate with development, product, and release teams to integrate QA processes into Agile sprints and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for healthcare, defense, and automotive domains.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium) and scripting languages such as Python.
- Proven track record of implementing QA processes within Agile and CI/CD environments.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
