About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategy for AI/ML‑powered platforms, ensuring alignment with product goals and regulatory standards.
- Lead test automation initiatives, creating reusable frameworks that validate model outputs, data pipelines, and system performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to define quality metrics, model validation protocols, and AI governance policies.
- Oversee end‑to‑end testing cycles, including unit, integration, performance, and security testing for both software and ML components.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing QA team, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA leadership experience in software and AI/ML environments.
- Proven expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, PyTest) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of machine learning workflows, data quality, model validation, and AI governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
