About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute end‑to‑end test automation strategy for web and iOS/Android applications using Playwright.
- Design, build, and maintain a reusable Playwright framework (page objects, fixtures, configuration, reporting).
- Mentor and lead a team of QA engineers, setting technical direction and fostering best practices.
- Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure comprehensive cross‑browser and cross‑device coverage, tracking metrics and continuously improving test reliability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience leading QA teams and delivering full‑stack web and mobile testing solutions.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Playwright, TypeScript, and solid JavaScript fundamentals.
- Proven experience building and scaling test automation frameworks, including page‑object models and reporting.
- Background in full‑stack development and mobile app testing (iOS/Android) to understand product architecture.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
