About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall QA strategy for a serious‑gaming web platform, ensuring high‑quality releases.
- Lead a team of QA engineers, mentor junior staff, and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with developers, product owners, and UX designers.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and Python, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement and oversee functional, regression, performance, and security testing within an Agile Scrum framework.
- Track defects, generate metrics, and report test results through Jira and test management tools to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in test automation using Selenium WebDriver and Python scripting.
- Strong knowledge of Agile development processes and CI/CD integration (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira and TestRail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance.
