Lead QA for mobile platforms, driving test strategy, automation, and continuous integration to ensure high‑quality releases across iOS and Android using Appium, Selenium, and CI/CD pipelines in an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute comprehensive test plans for iOS and Android applications, covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Lead the development and maintenance of automated test suites using Appium and Selenium, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to identify defects, prioritize fixes, and ensure timely resolution.
- Mentor and coach junior QA engineers, fostering best practices in test design, code quality, and test automation.
- Analyze test metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and release cadence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience with a focus on mobile application testing.
- Proven expertise in automation frameworks (Appium, Selenium) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with performance testing tools and security testing for mobile apps is a plus.
