About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute comprehensive test strategy for a data‑centric marketing automation platform.
- Lead a team of QA engineers in building and maintaining automated test suites using Selenium and Cypress.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and high code quality.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to identify critical test scenarios and prioritize defect resolution.
- Mentor junior QA staff, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience, with 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
- Proven expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and test management tools.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in an Agile environment.
- Experience with data‑driven applications and API testing is a plus.
