About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve QA strategy for native mobile and web applications, ensuring coverage across device and platform variations.
- Lead a team of QA engineers, mentoring on test design, automation best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product, UX, and engineering teams from concept through release to shape acceptance criteria and testable features.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Appium, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver rapid feedback.
- Analyze defect trends, drive root‑cause investigations, and recommend process enhancements to reduce bug recurrence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA leadership experience, with a strong background in mobile and web testing.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Deep understanding of Agile practices and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and performance testing is a plus.
