About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve the end‑to‑end test architecture that supports rapid feature delivery across Xe’s cross‑border payment services.
- Lead the development of automated test suites using Selenium, Java, and related frameworks, ensuring high coverage for critical payment flows.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and enforce quality gates.
- Define and maintain testing standards, best practices, and documentation for squads and new hires.
- Analyze defect trends, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement in test processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience in a fast‑moving fintech or payments environment.
- Strong background in test automation, test architecture, and performance testing.
- Proficiency with Selenium, Java, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with cross‑border payment systems or regulatory compliance is a plus.
