QA Engineer
QA Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated and manual tests to ensure high-quality software delivery using Selenium, Java, and TestNG within an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects in a clear, concise manner.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and provide test coverage recommendations.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test execution results.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience in a software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Selenium WebDriver for test automation.
- Experience with TestNG or JUnit frameworks and version control (Git).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
