About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and QA processes across the full Software Development Life Cycle.
- Execute manual, API (Postman), regression, integration, and performance tests to validate functionality and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to identify risks early and drive quality improvements.
- Track, manage, and report defects in Jira, ensuring timely resolution and closure before release.
- Conduct load and performance testing to validate system scalability and performance under stress.
- Ensure release readiness by verifying that all quality standards and acceptance criteria are met prior to deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of QA experience in a fast-paced software environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with SDLC best practices and release management.
