About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web and API applications using Selenium, Python, and Java.
- Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report defects with clear, reproducible steps.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality throughout the release cycle.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to continuously improve testing processes.
- Document test cases, test plans, and test reports, ensuring traceability and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience in a software development environment.
