About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define performance and non‑functional requirements (NFRs) and set performance targets for customer journeys across web and mobile platforms.
- Design, execute, and analyze load, stress, and scalability tests using Azure‑based tools and frameworks.
- Integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline via Azure DevOps, ensuring early defect detection.
- Monitor user experience metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to translate performance findings into actionable improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on performance testing.
- Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Deep understanding of web and mobile performance metrics, load testing methodologies, and scalability principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross‑functional teamwork.
