About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications using Selenium, Java, and Python.
- Implement behavior‑driven development (BDD) with Cucumber to translate business requirements into executable tests.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ensuring rapid feedback and regression coverage.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (developers, product owners, and business analysts) to define test plans, risk assessments, and quality metrics.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable defect reports to engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA automation experience in a complex, regulated environment.
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Python, with strong object‑oriented design skills.
- Hands‑on experience with TestNG, Cucumber, and Jenkins for test execution and CI/CD.
- Solid understanding of version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
