About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and Java to ensure high-quality releases.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and Scrum teams to define testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and continuous delivery.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with engineering to resolve issues.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA automation experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver, Java, and TestNG or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent) and version control.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
