Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of legacy Tosca automation scripts to a modern Playwright C# framework, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
- Architect and maintain scalable test automation solutions, covering web, API, and mobile platforms.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline enhancements to integrate automated tests, improve release velocity, and reduce defect leakage.
- Mentor and coach a team of QA engineers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with US client stakeholders to define quality objectives, report progress, and manage expectations.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of QA experience with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proven expertise in Playwright, C#, Tosca, API testing, and mobile test automation.
- Hands‑on experience designing CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into DevOps workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
- Insurance domain experience is mandatory.
