QA Automation Engineer
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead to define and drive quality engineering strategy across client delivery projects. The role combines hands-on automation, framework development, Azure DevOps, API testing, cloud testing and QA team leadership, who combines strong hands-on automation expertise with the ability to establish QA standards, lead teams, influence stakeholders and drive quality across the complete software delivery lifecycle. Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Define and own the test automation strategy, standards and best practices.
• Design and maintain scalable UI and API automation frameworks.
• Develop automation using Selenium, C#/.NET and NUnit/xUnit.
• Integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead, mentor and coach QA engineers.
• Perform API testing using Postman and automated API test suites.
• Test Azure components including Service Bus, Blob Storage and Azure SQL Database.
• Plan cross-browser and device testing using BrowserStack.
• Drive shift-left quality practices across development and delivery teams.
• Monitor test coverage, defect trends, quality KPIs and release readiness.
• Communicate quality risks and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor / Claude Code to accelerate automation development while maintaining human oversight.
